Testimonials

“My daughter came home again tonight from rehearsals SO happy and excited to share what she learned. She went on to say ‘I finally found my thing!’ She said that in the past she’s done acting, a little dance, sports, but that she hasn’t loved anything this much. She feels like she’s found her activity and her people.

— Parent of a 10-year-old competitive dancer

"Having been a student of Kaitlin’s for seven years, I can say without a doubt that you will not find another dance educator comparable in their genuine dedication to their students. Her passion and dedication, felt both in and out of the studio, exemplified for me what it means to be a strong dancer and a strong woman."

— Miriam Rovin,
current student at Vassar College

I am so grateful as a parent to have found this dance studio. The personal attention the owners and instructors offer, the quality instruction, as well as the positive atmosphere of the studio is the perfect combination to allow children to thrive. Given the setbacks and challenges kids have endured during a pandemic, Incite feels like a gift for my daughters these days. Our family appreciates the thoughtful, caring steps the owners have taken to create such a unique, warm, and supportive dance studio.

— Jennifer Minkus, parent of two Incite dancers

Kaitlin is the type of teacher that makes you believe in your own potential. She gave me the confidence I needed to pursue dance in college, and to succeed in my professional life.”

— Danielle Steinberg,
Dance Alum of Tulane

“With Kaitlin, there is always a passionate force behind each dance, and it is a wonderful feeling to make her proud onstage.  Most of all, Kaitlin is a fierce, warm, and dedicated role model to her students. Her guidance has helped me through many phases of my life, and her students are so lucky to have a teacher who cares so deeply about them.

Anna Caffarelli,
current student at Cornish College of the Arts

“Kaitlin is an incredibly effective dance and life teacher. She is a consistent supporter of her students and pushes them to reach their fullest potential. She cares about my growth as both an artist and a human.”

— Julianna Hom,
Dance Alum of University of Wisconsin-Madison

One-of-a-kind offerings? Of course.

Incite Dance Center was founded by Kaitlin Webster in 2020.

As the tallest, heaviest, and often only queer woman in the room, Kaitlin Webster has had to champion and develop her own dancing and choreography more than most. Her 12 years as a professional dancer and 14 years as a dance educator give her a diverse view and approach to success in her students.

At Incite Dance Center every person who walks through our doors regardless of age, experience, or body type will be respected, nurtured, and challenged.
