Only 4 Makeup Classes Max Per Class Per Session
- Only 4 makeup classes will be offered per class per session. If you have to miss more than 4 classes in a session, we suggest finding a class that works better for your schedule!
Must be the same or lower level class.
- Makeup classes can be chosen from the same or lower level class as the one you were absent in.
- Incite Dance Center reserves the right to approve or not approve makeup class choices, based on dancer safety and level.
Must be scheduled within 24 hours of the planned class.
- Makeup classes must be scheduled via the Parent Portal or by contacting Incite within 24 hours of the class you plan to take. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours you forfeit the makeup class. We do this to have enough administrative time to make sure dancer’s are placed in appropriate makeup classes.
Can be used to take a class in a different genre - with exceptions.
- Makeup classes do not have to be genre-specific (you can makeup a hip hop class in a contemporary class) but if you have no experience in that genre, you must take the beginner level class for your age.
- Acro is an exception to this rule — you cannot use a makeup class to try Acro.
Limited Availability and Expiration
- If no makeup classes are available based on your schedule, or Incite’s, we will not refund or give class credit for absences.
- Makeup classes expire when the session ends or if you drop the class.
